PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF 9 NO. SERVICED SITES FOR NEW HOMES AT TOWNPARKS TD., DUBLIN ROAD, CASTLEPOLLARD, CO. WESTMEATH.
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the requirements of the above act and regulations, that Westmeath County Council proposes to: Develop 9 no. Serviced Sites for New Homes at Townparks TD., Dublin Road, Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath. The development includes the construction of a new service road with associated footpaths, provision of public amenity open space and required site services with utilities connections provided to each site.
The proposal has undergone Appropriate Assessment Screening in accordance with Article 6(3) of the EU Habitats Directive (Directive 92/43/EEC) and screening for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) under the EIA Directive 2014/52/EU. The authority has concluded, based on a preliminary determination, that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development and that an EIA and Appropriate Assessment are not required.
