The closing date for submissions on the Part 8 for the proposed development at Dublin Road & Ardmore Road expired on the 1st of September 2025.
A Chief Executive report has been prepared a report on the submissions received summarising the issues raised and outlining the response of the Chief Executive to same, including recommendations for changes to the proposal where appropriate to address the issues raised.
Time period for consultation ran from the 21st of July to the 1st of September 2025
Your views and suggestions
During the public consultation period, a total of 22 submissions were received in relation to proposed development at Dublin Road & Ardmore Road. Views & submissions are outlined in the Chief Executive's Report presented to the Elected Members at the November Monthly Council Meeting held on Monday 24th of November 2025.
Outcomes
Part VIII proposal approved by the Elected Members.
