Framework Area Plans

Mullingar is composed of a diverse range of neighbourhoods and environs that all contribute to the town’s regional identity. Ardmore-Marlinstown, Mullingar South and Robinstown have distinct qualities and strengths that will benefit the town’s long-term vision, aims and objectives. These environs are the focus of an iterative set of Framework Area Plans, which will guide their sustainable development and set the context for more detailed design elements.
