Mullingar’s ability to accommodate future growth and strengthen its economic competitiveness will depend on the delivery of high quality enabling infrastructure, including water and wastewater networks, energy and ICT systems, and environmental services. The provision of this infrastructure, delivered in a coordinated and plan-led manner, will promote healthy place-making and enable compact growth, while also protecting the environment.
