Welcome to the Coosan Point Public Amenity Masterplan Project
The Project
Westmeath County Council intends to develop a Masterplan for the development of the existing public amenity at Coosan Point.
In August 2025, WCC appointed a team consisting of Fehily Timoney and Company and Brady Shipman Martin Landscape Architects to develop a proposed Masterplan for the development of Coosan Point. The purpose of the masterplan is to outline a vision for the site to enhance the area for recreational and leisure activities.
Public Consultation
This Public Consultation is being held in advance of the development of the Masterplan to gather the opinions and ideas of all stakeholders, landowners, members of the public and interested parties.
